Online Services

All online services remain available, allowing you to carry out many operations from home by logging into your Customer Area from a computer, or by using tools such as the Enel Energia App, which allows you to easily and quickly manage your power and gas supply. You can also consult the support section on the website.

To address the COVID-19 emergency and support small and medium-sized enterprises, ARERA implemented the measures provided for in the Law Decree of May 19, 2020 through the Resolution published on May 26, 2020.

The interventions concern non-domestic users connected to low voltage and include a reduction of distribution and metering tariffs as well as general system charges, applied to power bills for the charges pertaining to the months of May, June, and July.

For further details on the relief measures applied starting from the June billing cycle, please refer to the dedicated page.

With Resolution 75/2020/R/com, further provisions are adopted in favor of customers holding supplies located in the municipalities of the former red zone: Bertonico, Casalpusterlengo, Castelgerundo, Castiglione D’Adda, Codogno, Fombio, Maleo, San Fiorano, Somaglia, Terranova dei Passerini, and Vò.

In particular, the criteria are defined for the automatic installment of bills that are overdue/issued during the period from March 1 to April 30, or issued after April 30 but covering the same consumption period (March 1 to April 30); with a minimum installment amount of €50.00, no interest applied, and the repayment plan starting no earlier than July 1, 2020.

In the first bill issued upon the resumption of billing (currently suspended), which you will receive between July and August, you will find the following message:

"The total amount of the bill, pursuant to Resolution 75/2020/R/com, will be automatically divided into installments over the next 12 months, with non-cumulative installments of a minimum amount of €50.00, no interest applied, and a frequency equal to that of your billing cycle. Upon activation of the repayment plan, you will receive the installment breakdown and payment slips for each installment. If instead you prefer to pay the full amount in one single payment, you can contact our customer service at the numbers listed at the bottom of this bill before the due date.”
