If you have signed up for a new Enel Energia supply, you can log into your Customer Area to check the activation status. Doing so is very easy: log into the Customer Area and from the homepage click on the menu item Requests Status and then on Contracts. A new page will open with the activation status of the new Enel Energia supply. By clicking on the individual offer, a detail tab will open with the date of submission of the request, the name of the offer signed and the price of the energy component or gas raw material.

Anyone who has a MyEnel account can access the Enel Energia customer area. It is not necessary to have an active supply to register for Enel Energia.

When you read the meter yourself, your bill will be aligned to your actual consumption and your customer profile will be constantly updated. The electricity or gas offers for the free market consist of an energy component or the gas raw material at a fixed price established directly by Enel Energia. In the enhanced protection service, on the other hand, all the items which contribute to the tariff are established by ARERA.

The social bonus is a subsidy on the bill introduced by the Government to help families in difficulty due to economic or physical hardship (in cases where a serious illness requires the use of electrically powered medical equipment).
With Enel Energia you can defer payment of a bill by entering the Customer Area or by contacting Customer Service. You can deactivate the electricity and gas supply from the Enel Energia customer area, at a Punto Enel or by calling our call centre at 800900860. Deactivation of the supply will result in the meter being closed and the contract will be terminated.
